Overview:

Haskell is seeking an organized and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. This position is vital in supporting our commitment to ensuring materials and equipment are managed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials.
2. Ensure accurate inventory management by overseeing cycle counts, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes.
3. Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to streamline warehouse processes and ensure timely supply chain operations.
4. Maintain warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
5. Manage warehouse logistics and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, and storage.
6. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
7. Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
8. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipping and receiving documents.
9. Use warehouse management software to track inventory, orders, and shipping information.
10. Analyze warehouse operations and implement new processes and standards.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the construction or equipment industry.
3. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
5. Ability to lead others and make business decisions.
6. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts).
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
