Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management, dispatching, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatching of goods.
2. Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Coordinate with transportation management to ensure timely delivery and receipt of products.
4. Manage inventory levels through demand planning and effective stock control measures.
5. Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance.
6. Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
7. Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements based on lean principles.
8. Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize distribution center operations.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

Experience

1. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of dispatching processes, supply chain logistics, and transportation management is required.
3. Experience in demand planning and inventory control within a distribution center environment is preferred.
4. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications is necessary.
5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
