OK - Warehouse Manager Job at Vicrez in Muskogee

Vicrez is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Warehouse Associates and Team Leads. The ideal candidate will ensure daily operations run smoothly, productivity targets are met, and safety regulations and company policies are followed.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and production support.
2. Lead and mentor team members, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and team morale.
3. Collaborate with upper management to meet production and distribution targets.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and implement improvement plans when necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budget management.
7. Coordinate cross-training opportunities for staff to promote versatility across departments.
8. Handle additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager (L5) or equivalent.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of employment with Vicrez, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in warehouse management.
2. 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
5. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
6. Excellent communication skills to manage a diverse team and coordinate with other departments.

Work Hours:

Typically 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons or special projects.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
