Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Orange, CT Office
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $86,576 annually and is dependent upon experience.
Reports to: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all phases of the recruiting process for assigned client groups, to include, but not limited to: kick-off/intake calls with hiring managers, posting of positions, sourcing/screening, coordinating interviews and feedback, closing candidates in the offer stage and onboarding.
  2. Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with training and acclimating new employees.
  3. Serve as a resource to the recruitment team and provide assistance when needed.
  4. Attend college and career fairs as needed (some travel).
  5. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand business and talent needs.
  6. Leverage a range of sourcing strategies depending on role characteristics, desired capabilities, and relevant talent communities.
  7. Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value and/or high-volume positions within your client groups.
  8. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
  9. Deliver a high level of customer service to internal clients, including regular/timely position updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners, and following up with candidates throughout the interview process.
  10. Follow appropriate process flows and operating and compliance procedures.
  11. Work with internal groups to aid in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  12. Other administrative and record-keeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
  2. Union support experience highly preferred.
  3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
