Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Cloud Cybersecurity Architecture SME with 5 or more years of cloud architecture or cloud enterprise experience and technical knowledge and experience with cloud assessment methodologies, architecture, risks, vulnerabilities, and threats. This position will be located at Ft Meade, MD. On-site is required; however, partial telework may be allowed with approval.
Responsibilities
- The contractor shall have expert technical knowledge in cloud computing technology, cybersecurity principles, and architectural solutions to protect against threats.
- The contractor shall have expertise in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cloud deployment models (public, private, hybrid), and a strong background in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- The contractor shall provide guidance to all RE2 tasks to ensure appropriate coordination with cloud cybersecurity and architecture organizations is accomplished to support RE2 mission areas.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.
Qualifications
- This position requires at least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and/or cloud enterprise with a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
- This position requires a DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- The Cloud Cybersecurity Architecture must have experience in applying and evaluating the RMF to the Cloud-Based providers.
- This position must have knowledge and experience with FedRAMP and DoD Information Assurance policies, NIST 800 Series, CNSS 153, CNSSP 32, and the DoD 8500 series.
- Must be experienced in DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC SRG) and FedRAMP Assessment and Authorization guidance.
- Must be able to understand and articulate systems, applications, and services and be able to identify system functions and relationships that support the goals and objectives of the Cloud throughout the enterprise.
