We’re hiring an in-office, motivated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include providing general administrative support to the team, maintaining office systems and processes, managing and updating records and databases with high attention to detail, assisting with event planning and coordination for team and client gatherings, supporting team members with various projects and tasks, onboarding new sales agents, and maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through, efficient and proactive with a knack for streamlining processes and multitasking, a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, and service-oriented with a genuine desire to support and assist others. While experience or interest in real estate is a plus, it is not required. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, dedication, and a solution-oriented mindset to the team. Responsibilities

  1. Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  2. Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  3. Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  4. Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  5. Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  2. Exceptional attention to detail
  3. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Highly organized and efficient
  6. Collaborative team player
  7. Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude
  8. Must live within 30 minutes of Laguna Beach
  9. Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  10. Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager

Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
