We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team.
- Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration.
- Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching.
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork.
- Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood.
Qualifications:
- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager.
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends.
- Great written and verbal skills.
- License for real estate is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Collaborative team player.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude.
Compensation: $25 - $28 hourly
