We’re looking for a driven, never problems-only solutions, eager-to-learn, and dedicated real estate assistant to be the "left-hand" of the "big picture, visionary" team leader. This important position allows the team leader to stay focused on top priorities. Your job will be to have daily conversations with leads/past/current clients, schedule & show properties, host Open Houses, attend photo sessions/inspections/final walk-throughs/other appointments, coordinate monthly events, and deliver marketing materials along with other miscellaneous projects.

Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, knows how to navigate systems, is committed to learning, has a knack for customer service, is self-disciplined, and has a strong work ethic, and is serious about a career in real estate. Must be a licensed realtor, available 40 hours per week, available to work evenings, and afternoons on the weekends. Compensation:
$33,000 yearly + bonus for each closed transaction. 5 paid sick days/5 paid personal days after the probation period of 6 months from start date.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough.
  2. Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry.
  3. Coordinate monthly agent training events for continued education.
  4. Manage Showing Requests.
  5. Lead management & distribution.
  6. Showing Properties.
  7. Communication to past/current clients.
  8. Compile marketing materials - such as printed listing/buyer presentation packets.
  9. Marketing Coordination - such as hand-written thank you notes.
  10. Keep the team leader organized by being proactive.

Qualifications:

  1. Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems.
  2. Available evenings and weekends.
  3. License for real estate is preferred but not required.
  4. Must have high school diploma or GED.
  5. Communicates well, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Full-time realtor with experience.
  7. Clear communication skills.
  8. Superb organization skills.
  9. Follow internal processes & systems.
  10. Technical skills: basics of the MLS, Google email/calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM).
  11. Resume/DISC Assessment/Professional References.
  12. Team player who believes their team's success is their success.
  13. Great communication skills, interpersonal & time management skills.
  14. Coachable.
