We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for inspections, photographs, showings, final walkthroughs, and other appointments. Must be computer savvy with working knowledge of social media sites like IG, FB, and X.

Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. The office is in Studio City, and you will be working at the office. There will also be visits to properties, so a car and driver's license are important.

Other things we are looking for:

  1. Commitment to using my system, which includes a checklist of tasks that need to be completed every day.
  2. Very organized.
  3. Detail-oriented.
  4. Creative problem solver.
  5. Self-starter.
  6. Must be computer savvy; proficiency in Excel and Word is expected. Experience with my CRM is a plus.
  7. Some Photoshop experience is a HUGE plus.
  8. Social Media experience with IG, FB, and X.
  9. General understanding of how to use AI.
  10. Having your own computer is a plus.
  11. Good writing skills.
  12. Good communication skills.
  13. Kind and courteous to past, present, and potential clients.
  14. If you have a license, you will need to transfer it to the brokerage where I work.
  15. I have systems in place and want your help to create more systems.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours a week, mostly between 9 to 6, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work is possible. Paid through a payroll service. Bonuses based on yearly performance. Mileage will be reimbursed per IRS guidelines. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

  1. Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events.
  2. Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
  3. Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements.
  4. Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team.

Qualifications:

  1. Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends.
  2. Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents.
  3. Either already has or is working towards a real estate license.
  4. Communicates well, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
