Position: Restaurant Manager
Position Summary: Reports to the Locations Manager and Director of Operations. The Restaurant Manager ensures smooth operations for all assigned duties on a daily basis. This position must strive to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead by example. It is imperative for the Restaurant Manager to embody and execute the standards set forth by the company.
Schedule: Open availability, 40 hours or more per week, including holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in performing quality assurance to include knowledge, application and ability to train on recipes and proper SOPs.
- Ensures health and sanitation standards are practiced.
- Assist team members during peak periods and have a good understanding of all positions well enough to perform duties in team member’s absence.
- Impeccable customer service.
- Team development to include supervision, discipline and training.
- Liaison between Executive Team and Store Employees.
- Store Maintenance.
- Daily troubleshooting and problem solving within areas of responsibility.
- Inventory Management.
- Cash Handling.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of management experience in food service/coffee shop preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in various software and equipment necessary to perform job functions (e.g., email, POS).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0°- 95°.
- Able to stand for 8 hours or more.
- Food Handler’s Certificate.
- TB Clearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
