Startops is hiring: Production Manager Procurement & Production in Los Angeles

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production for Handbags, Swim, Jewelry, and Accessories.

1. Responsibilities include monitoring purchase orders from creation to delivery and maintaining accurate status in the ERP system.
2. The role requires daily communication with overseas vendors to troubleshoot production issues and manage raw material needs.
3. The candidate will be responsible for data entry in the ERP system, including production status, costing, and materials.
4. Regular communication with the E-Comm and Marketing teams is necessary to provide updates on sample statuses for photoshoots.

Minimum Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of production experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of the production process.
2. Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel, is essential for managing data effectively.
3. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be a team player, ready to collaborate with various teams and vendors.
