Seeking a senior production manager to join the team.

About Us:
We are a multi-category company with global operations and a strong presence in both soft and hard goods. With offices in the U.S. and China, we are looking for a Senior Production Manager to oversee production processes across all categories, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the production lifecycle for soft and hard goods, from product development through final delivery.
2. Vendor & Factory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring capacity, quality, and compliance.
3. Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with our office in China and travel regularly to China and India to monitor production progress and resolve issues on-site.
4. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality standards, conducting inspections throughout production stages to meet customer expectations.
5. Production Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery across multiple categories.
6. Cost Management: Negotiate pricing with vendors and monitor budgets to maintain profitability.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 7+ years in production management, preferably with experience in both soft (e.g., apparel, textiles) and hard (e.g., furniture, home goods) categories.
2. Global Travel: Ability to travel frequently to China and India to manage production and supplier relationships.
