Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Seller to join our team. The Seller will be responsible for listing products on online platforms, analyzing sales data, and replenishing product at Amazon FBA. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Listing products on Amazon daily
- Managing inventory
- Researching items for pricing, details, etc.
- Ability to pick and pack orders
- Labeling of inventory
- Answer customer emails
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized selling environment
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Proven experience in online sales
- Excellent organizational abilities
