Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations at our production facility. The ideal candidate will lead the production team to achieve efficiency, quality, and safety goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to meet production targets.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to maximize output and minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to maintain high standards and resolve production issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize processes.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and enforcing safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to align production goals with company objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the automotive or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Shop Floor Management, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
