Job Description
- Provide assistance to the guests during their stay and ensure the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas as per the hotel standards.
- Liaise with the Supervisor and Coordinator to ensure guests' requests are attended to in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Service-focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
