This Retail Supervisor Job Is For You, If You Enjoy:

Assisting the General Manager and Operational Managers in managing the team members and the daily operation of our stores while providing an amazing customer service experience.

Your Team is counting on you as a Retail Supervisor to:

  1. Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays
  2. Shifts Starting at 2PM-11PM & 5PM-1:45AM
  3. Work a full-time schedule
  4. Oversee multiple team members within multiple locations
  5. Provide staff training and coaching daily
  6. Conduct store opening/closing/shift change procedures
  7. Be attentive to customs audits
  8. Perform all cash register preparation, float verifications, spot checks, verification of end-of-shift cash reconciliations, void processing, and deposits
  9. Ensure daily counts on cigarettes, phone cards, newspapers, and other items are conducted and discrepancies reported
  10. Ensure that staff report to work on time, dressed in clean full uniform, including nametags
  11. Ensure all staff tardiness and absences are reported to management
  12. Ensure customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable, well-trained associates
  13. Demonstrate effective management of customer queuing
  14. Ensure sales associates are assigned daily duties and aware of daily sales targets and procedural changes
  15. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products sold and ensure replenishment and proper rotation of stock on the sales floor
  16. Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained
  17. Maintain vigilant theft and shoplifting awareness and enforce cash register and other policies controlling internal shrink

Required Qualifications:

  1. Ability to manage, consult, and help plan daily activities with General Manager, Operations Manager, and other Supervisors
  2. One or more years working as a supervisor in a retail setting
  3. Experience working in a retail setting, overseeing a multi-unit operation
  4. Provides supervision and support to store staff
  5. Vehicle transportation preferred due to hours of operation and limited public transportation availability
  6. Works with on-site sales representatives
  7. Approachable and interactive leadership qualities
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  9. Good time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  10. Good problem-solving skills
  11. High School Diploma or equivalent
