Summary
Boutique asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a C-Suite executive and additional support for the NYC team of approximately 4. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, domestic and international travel and expenses, meeting logistics, office management responsibilities including supplies, event planning and ordering supplies, and ad hoc projects as needed. This is a hybrid role, with every other week requiring 5 days in the office and alternate weeks requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have at least 3+ years of administrative support experience, including some coverage of senior level executives. A college degree is required, and financial or professional services experience is preferred. Must have excellent client service and communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must be a true team player who is attentive, detail-oriented, and can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of a travel system such as Concur is a plus.
