Responsibilities:

1. Develop leads to prospect potential clients in the Palos Verdes, CA area.
2. Participate in training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.
3. Follow up persistently on leads until appointments are secured with either a listing or buyer's agent.
4. Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition.
5. Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives.
6. Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
7. Utilize the CRM system to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for agents.
8. Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments.

Qualifications:
