Qualifications:

  1. Must have a valid real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.
  2. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  3. No prior real estate experience is required—just a drive to succeed!
  4. Additionally, having a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads for potential clients.
  2. Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills.
  3. Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
  4. Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall.
  5. Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals.
  6. Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients.
  7. Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $175,000 per year
