Essential job functions:

•Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
•Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
•Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job openings and source candidates.
•Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
•Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
•Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
•Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
•Maintain relationships with recruiting partners.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education:
•Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
•5+ years proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

•Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
•Proficiency in using LinkedIn Hiring is a must.
•Proficiency in Boolean Searches is a must.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong organizational and time management skills

Computer skills:•Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
•Proficient with LinkedIn Hiring
•UKG Recruiting/Onboarding preferred
