Accounts System Administrator GW (7pm - 3am) - TS/SCI Poly required

The Accounts System Administrator shall have the following responsibilities:
• Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
• Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
• Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.

Mandatory skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 10 years technical experience. Five years may be substituted for degree.
  • TS/SCI with FS Poly
  • CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE
  • Customer Service Data Entry
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows

Desired skills:
  • Active Directory
    ServiceNow Ticketing System

Shift is Monday-Friday 7pm-3am
