As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, you will work in a dynamic environment to support ServiceNow applications and workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design ITSM solutions, implement ITIL best practices, and ensure seamless system integration. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in ServiceNow or related tools, who are eager to contribute to mission-critical IT solutions.
Primary Duties
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business needs.
- Perform on-premise installations and upgrades of ServiceNow, if applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design ITSM solutions and ensure smooth system integrations.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, or participate in training to gain expertise.
- Implement ITIL processes and best practices to streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and maintain system stability.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow platforms or related tools such as Jira, SharePoint, JavaScript, or Remedy.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, modules, or workflows (or willingness to train).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to perform on-premise installations and upgrades of ServiceNow.
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
- ITIL certification.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
- Experience in related platforms, including Jira, SharePoint, JavaScript, or Remedy.
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator (preferred).
- ITIL Certification (preferred).
