- Work closely with the Director of HRIS and other stakeholders to develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models that support workforce planning and HR strategy.
- This role offers the ability to build and refine the analytics capabilities within the organization, making a significant impact by turning data into actionable intelligence that drives business outcomes.

- Advanced Data Analysis:
Conduct complex data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data, providing insights that inform business decisions.
- Dashboard Development:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time access to key HR metrics and KPIs for various stakeholders.
- Predictive Modeling:
Apply advanced statistical techniques to develop predictive models that forecast HR trends, such as employee turnover, recruitment needs, and workforce performance.
- Reporting Solutions:
Create and automate reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders, ensuring data is presented in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs, deliver insights, and make recommendations that drive strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis methodologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on HR or people analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and experience working with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.
