WHAT THEY OFFER YOU
- The Director of HRIS will oversee the administration of our HRIS system, primarily ADP, and lead our people analytics initiatives.
- The ability to BUILD! Due to acquisitions, there are fragmented systems and people. This position is charged with organizing the HRIS landscape the people to make an impact to the organization.
- This role will focus on utilizing data to drive HR strategy, streamline reporting processes, and apply predictive analytics to support future workforce planning and decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with deep expertise in HRIS systems and a strong background in analytics.
LOCATION:
- South Charlotte, Hybrid 3-4 days in office
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- HRIS Administration:
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the ADP HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and seamless integration with other HR tools.
- Manage system upgrades, data migrations, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Analytics Development:
- Lead the development and execution of people analytics strategies to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Design and implement turnkey reporting solutions to monitor key HR metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Apply predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends, such as turnover rates, recruitment needs, and employee performance.
- Develop models to identify patterns and provide recommendations for proactive HR initiatives.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Create and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports to track HR metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their analytical needs and deliver insights that drive operational improvements.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on data utilization and interpretation.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HRIS and analytics to ensure the company`s tools and methodologies are cutting-edge.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and HRIS professionals.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

- 8 years of HR experience with 3 years of leading a HRIS team- ideally building a team
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or HRIS certifications) preferred.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting.

- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
