Human Resources Director

Nationally recognized legal services organization seeks a Human Resource Director who will plan, develop, lead and administer the policies and activities of the HR department. This is a key hire for a rapidly growing organization.

Requirements:

• Lead HR Department: Plan, develop, and administer HR policies and activities, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy.
• Staffing and Talent Management: Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention; manage hiring processes, including onboarding and background checks.
• HR Programs and Compliance: Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• HR Systems and Training: Manage HR and payroll systems (currently Paycor), facilitate training programs, and maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
• At least five years of human resource experience.
• Substantial recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.

Compensation: $135,000 - 145,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
