This is a full-time internship starting June 3, 2025 and ending December 12, 2025

POSITION SUMMARY:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions by partnering with People Business Partners and HR subject matter experts including HR Operations, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition. The intern will participate in a structured rotation, providing exposure to diverse HR practices and functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • HR Operations:
    • Assists in the management of employee records and HR databases.
    • Supports the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
    • Helps maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Assists in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

  • Talent Development:
    • Participates in the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Assists in the evaluation of employee training needs and program effectiveness.
    • Supports the coordination of performance management processes.
    • Helps create materials for employee development initiatives

  • Employee Relations:
    • Assists in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Helps gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
    • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Assists in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
    • Helps coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
    • Supports the posting and management of job postings.
    • Participates in recruitment events and employer branding activities.





QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
