Position: Personal/Executive Assistant

Location: San Diego County - Hybrid (Remote/In-Person as needed)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually DOE

About the Role: As the Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO of Organifi, you will play a pivotal role in managing both personal and professional tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Acumin or a basic understanding of personal finance as well as a background in digital marketing, sales, or e-commerce is a significant bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Support
  • Manage personal appointments, tasks, and errands.
  • Handle bill payments, travel arrangements, and household coordination.
  • Assist with planning personal events or engagements
  • Support in the compilation and distribution of financial records for banking and tax related reporting, compliance, filing, etc.
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively.
    • Coordinate podcast tours, travel itineraries, and speaking engagements.
    • Draft, review, and respond to emails and other communications professionally and promptly.
    • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain clear organization of files, records, and documents.
    • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
    • Prepare and anticipate material and technology resources needed for meetings

and events both internal and external; presentation slides, spreadsheets, background information and agendas.
  • Take detailed notes during key discussions and follow up with team members on any actions


Marketing and Sales Support (Preferred):
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align the CEO's initiatives with the company's goals.
  • Assist in creating content, tracking marketing KPIs, and preparing reports.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and other sales-related activities.


What We're Looking For
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • History of supporting with personal financial management
  • Background in marketing, digital marketing, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, project management software, and CRM platforms.
    • Adept at problem-solving with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Personality:
    • A likable, personable individual who thrives in team environments and is skilled at building relationships.
    • Comfortable communicating via email and phone with clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
