Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

Essential job functions:
  • Lead the strategy, development, activation and optimization of all digital verticals owned by the region, across multiple audience types and utilizing a range of creativity and resources, while delivering reliable performance data. • Articulate a comprehensive sustainable digital platform within the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) scope covering technical, content and off-page as part our current SEO strategy to optimally and increase visibility on our website and drive traffic and revenue.

  • Implement and execute innovative data backed strategy to increase volume of, and the breadth of digital campaigns that will
    grow our primary target audiences in Direct to Consumer (DTC).
  • Work as a confident partner to the digital agencies to plug holes when needed, the chops to articulate our business needs and
    digital marketing strategy to direct quarterly and annual paid media plans.
  • Own every aspect of the marketing functions with HubSpot CRM including implementation of sales to marketing and marketing to
    sales lead funnels.
  • Implement within the SEO strategy, multiple content nurture journeys that will continuously ensure a robust and sustainable 9-
    12-month pipeline of new business opportunities with our target audiences.
  • Email marketing, Performance marketing with digital content, paid social and media buys will be reliant on your expertise to
    increase conversion rates and grow incremental sales revenue within each respective channel.
  • Responsibility for all User Experience (UX) aspects of the region's website including continuous improvement capabilities for
    conversion, eCommerce optimizations while simultaneously ensuring the infrastructure that supports these aspects (Magento,
    SAP and HubSpot) are always in synch.
  • Own the content development and distribution center of excellence and process for the Americas region.
  • Own all social media platforms including content creation resources, channel specific publishing and a content calendar with a
    quarterly plan outlining strategy, objectives, and execution.
  • Paid media for earned and paid channels.
  • Partner with global brand to collaborate on needs and ensure their campaign work and provided content dovetail with Americas
    content.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments to ensure the departments' ability to deliver on time within the higher arching
    Center of Excellence structure.
  • Manage all content within a web or network-based system, and to leverage content and resources, when appropriate.
  • Serve as the resident expert creator and storyteller, capable of translating ideas into powerful, effective content.
  • Stay current while focusing on future industry and digital channels, and data capturing methodologies that will provide insight to
    our regional and global business.

Education:

BA/BS in Digital Marketing Analytics, or related discipline from an accredited university or Digital expertise certification from a
secondary program.
HubSpot Certification(s) preferred.

Computer skills:
Excel, PP, SAP, Adobe platforms, HubSpot, Magento, SAP Project and/or Marketing platform

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Technical SEO is required. Agency experience will be considered in place of tenure experience.
  • Expertise in SEO and Digital Advertising is required.
  • Keywords, backlinks and Geo-Targeting experience within SEO is required.
  • Experience creating, testing, analyzing and optimizing campaigns to improve lead quality and efficiency
  • Primary experience within an organization with marketing technology stacks including but not limited to HubSpot, G4, AdWords, LinkedIn, MS Ads, Meta.
  • Website content development and management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and advertising campaigns with paid media buying experience with verified success and achievement of strategic goals.
  • Experience working within a global or regional digital marketing matrix where branding and strategy are managed up.
  • Experience overseeing and managing websites with multiple entry points for different target audiences.
