We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team and drive success in the rewards and recognition market. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategies to acquire large enterprise accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. As a hands-on leader, you will mentor your team, refine sales processes, and actively participate in the sales cycle to close complex deals. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with company objectives, ensuring measurable success in delivering innovative employee engagement solutions. What You Will Do:

Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of strategic sales representatives, driving individual and team success.
  • Set clear performance goals and expectations aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Develop training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through regular feedback, one-on-one coaching, and development plans.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Own and implement sales strategies targeting large enterprise accounts in the rewards and recognition market.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine goals and metrics.
  • Support the team throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting using Salesforce.

Sales Process & Opportunity Development
  • Identify and support high-value opportunities with enterprise clients, including large corporations and global organizations.
  • Drive pipeline growth through prospecting efforts, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Engage directly with prospects in presentations, demos, and negotiations to close complex deals.
    • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.

Customer & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CHROs, HR leaders) to understand and address client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions and best practices for employee engagement.
  • Ensure long-term client success and program effectiveness.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Track team performance and analyze sales metrics to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status and progress toward targets.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring:

Experience & Expertise
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales and 3+ years in sales leadership, ideally within HR tech, SaaS,
  • Proven success in leading high-performing teams and managing complex sales cycles.

Sales Leadership
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales talent to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Expertise in developing and executing enterprise-level sales strategies.

Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving
  • Adept at identifying growth opportunities and crafting solutions to meet client challenges.
  • Skilled in aligning team performance with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Communication & Relationship Building
  • Exceptional ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Proven success in building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with HR tech and employee engagement platforms is a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields required.
  • Advanced certifications in sales leadership or HR technologies preferred.
