A "Day in the Life" of the Senior Hubspot Developer

As a Senior HubSpot Developer, your day will involve collaborating with business teams to enhance HubSpot's capabilities, optimize Sales and Service processes, and automate workflows. You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot, UI development, and API integrations to build custom solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and alignment with business goals.

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools (CRMs, ERPs, eCommerce platforms) using HubSpot APIs, middleware solutions, and custom webhooks.
  • Create and optimize custom HubSpot themes, modules, templates, and landing pages to ensure responsiveness, brand consistency, and performance.
  • Configure and manage HubSpot workflows, forms, lists, campaigns, dashboards, and custom reporting to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes.
  • Develop personalized user experiences through smart content, dynamic pages, custom UI cards (including React Cards), and advanced UI customization within the CRM.
  • Set up automation workflows, email templates, and custom reporting to automate business processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to design user flows, sales pipelines, and workflows that improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage Revenue Operations expertise to create Account-Based Marketing (ABM)-driven strategies and process automations that scale business operations effectively.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 3-5+ years of HubSpot CRM development experience.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Customization Bootcamp for Developers, HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
  • Previous experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, AWS, Lucid.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and FreshService.
  • In-depth knowledge of Account-Based Marketing and Revenue Operations principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
