We are a HubSpot enterprise user with access to all the hubs in HubSpot besides deep integration with Zuper for field service, Dealhub for CPQ, ClickUp for Project management and Macola for ERP. We are currently early stage through our HubSpot implementation journey changing over from Salesforce.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HubSpot CRM Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to support our sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Process Analysis:

gain a deep understanding of ibml's customers, business, and business processes. Be bold to challenge current processes, be collaborative and align with stakeholders on best practices to implement.Own and Implement HubSpot Projects:

You will lead projects in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external vendor teams when needed, set proper expectations, and deliver to timelines.Manage and Maintain HubSpot CRM:

Oversee the daily operations of the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Content hub.Customization and Configuration:

Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of our business, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports. Conduct regular audits with recommendations. Ensure proper documentation of ibml implementation from custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards, and workflows.User Support and Training:

Provide support and training to users across the organization, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system. Develop HubSpot knowledge base articles and videos for on demand training based on ibml's implementation.Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM, including data imports, exports, and deduplication.Automation and Workflows:

Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Reporting and Analytics:

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations performance.Integration Management:

Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly.Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, continuously improving the CRM system to meet evolving business needs.PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Should have completed HubSpot Certifications3+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or similar role.Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities across all the HubSpot enterprise hubs.Demonstrated Project Management skills and Effective Communication.Proficiency in data management and CRM best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience in using M365 tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferably, must be able to work onsite during standard business hours to support the needs of the users. We do provide Flexible work environment.Nights, weekends and holidays may be required during certain events.Minimal travel may be required: 0-15% during the normal course of business but may be required to travel more frequently during certain events.ADDITIONAL NOTES
