Exceptional legal writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on compliance with international trade and national security regulations, including CFIUS, sanctions, and export controls.
Counsel clients on anti-bribery and anti-money laundering measures, including preventive and remedial strategies to ensure compliance.
Provide guidance on investigative procedures and work with clients to resolve regulatory breaches.
Draft, review, and analyze legal documents related to international trade and national security matters.
Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to deliver innovative solutions in high-stakes regulatory environments.
