Job Description: - Join a practice of 13 MDs and over 20 CRNAs in a low turnover environment. - Work within an MD/CRNA care model, suitable for full-time positions with weekend coverage. - Shift times are variable with a potential for call, approximately 2-3 calls a month, with an incentive attached. - Perform nerve blocks as the primary responsibility of MDs, while CRNAs can perform spinals and epidurals. - Handle pre-ops mainly by MDs unless it's a MAC case, in which CRNAs can participate. - Part of a Trauma Level II environment, managing 10 operating rooms. - Serve a diverse patient age demographic including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. - Required to perform general surgical cases, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, OB cases, and neurosurgical cases. - Utilize the Cerner EMR system for maintaining patient records. - Opportunity for potential sign-on bonus and competitive salary recognizing high performance, knowledge, and career experiences. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with various plan options. - Access to a free employee wellness program with cash incentives and prizes. - Tuition reimbursement for accredited colleges and courses, with scholarships and grants for continuing education. - Retirement savings with 401k and up to 6% employer match. - Disability income protection plans, life insurance, and additional coverage options through AFLAC. - Paid time off and flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care. - Participate in employee activities, including an annual family outing.
