Talent Advisor (HR ANALYST) JOB DUTIES:
Applying equity and social justice principles is a daily responsibility and a foundational expectation for all employees. In this role, you will apply equity and social justice principles that exemplify shared values, behaviors, and practices to all aspects of the work.
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Be a Talent Advisor – solving problems and influencing outcomes both with your customers and within talent acquisition.
- Create legendary candidate experiences – and be known and recognized for it.
- Be Innovative – in sourcing and assessment strategies for our organization.
- Be Knowledgeable– in Federal, State, and County laws, policies and practices that affect Human Resources.
- Be Agile– able to adjust to changes in needs from our customers and to find ways to fulfill those needs.
You will accomplish this by:
- Managing and performing full-cycle recruitment processes for Trades, Professional and Technical, Executive Level, Support and hard to fill positions. Working collaboratively with leadership, hiring managers and other human resources staff.
- Engaging with and sourcing applicants through on-line social media, community contacts, and networking events. Creating systems to build a pipeline of diverse, competitive talent.
- Promoting Client as an Employer of Choice. Generate diverse applicant pools in support of Equity and Social Justice Goals.
- Developing and administering merit-based selection materials including recruitment plans and timelines, job announcements, job-related tests and exams, interview questions, and related rating criteria.
