Backend Software Engineer

Design and implement robust, scalable APIs that power our core financial services Build and maintain integrations with various financial service providers and payment systems Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Design, and Customer Support teams to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure system reliability and maintainability Help optimize our database architecture and query performance Support our compliance and security initiatives Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience building and maintaining server APIs Solid understanding of SQL databases and query optimization Professional English communication skills Experience working in an agile environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience with version control systems (Git) Nice to Have

Proven track record implementing third-party integrations Ruby / Ruby-on-Rails development experience Native Spanish proficiency Knowledge of or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology DevOps experience or strong interest in infrastructure and deployment Background in fintech or financial services Understanding of security best practices in financial applications Understanding of financial compliance requirements What We Offer
