Senior Google Hotel Ads Executive

to join our Performance Marketing team at Wego, a leading travel website/app. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Hotel Ads campaigns within the Google Ads platform, driving hotel bookings, revenue, and customer acquisition for our hotel partners. You will play a critical role in developing strategies, optimizing ad campaigns, and ensuring we maximize our visibility and ROI/ROAS in a highly competitive digital environment. Key Responsibilities: Google Hotel Ads Campaign Management:

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement performance-driven Google Hotel Ads campaigns, focusing on hotel bookings and lead generation across various customer segments and geographical regions.

Account Management : Oversee and manage multiple Google Hotel Ads accounts, ensuring campaigns are structured efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Bidding & Budget Optimization : Set up and optimize bidding strategies for Google Hotel Ads, including targeting, budget allocation, and bid adjustments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Ad Format Management : Create and optimize various Google Hotel Ads formats, including text ads, responsive ads, and dynamic ads, tailored to drive hotel bookings.

Optimization and Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance daily and implement adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROAS.

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and audience segments to identify the best-performing tactics and improve conversion rates.

Analyze performance data from Google Hotel Ads, and other relevant tools to extract actionable insights and drive campaign improvements.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign successes, and areas for optimization.

Market and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Hotel Ads features, trends, and best practices, as well as broader travel and advertising industry developments.

Continuously monitor the competitive landscape in the hotel industry to understand market dynamics and adjust campaigns for optimal competitiveness.

Hotel Data and Feed Management: Ensure the hotel data feed is optimized and up-to-date, working with internal teams to maintain accurate pricing, availability, and property information.

Address any issues related to feed errors, ensuring smooth delivery of hotel information and proper integration with Google Hotel Ads.

Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of experience managing different types of campaigns on Google ads with a focus on Google Hotel Ads.

Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns within Google Ads, ideally for the travel or hospitality industry.

Demonstrated ability to optimize Google Hotel Ads campaigns for high ROI and conversion rates.

Highly experienced in analytical tools and data analytics while extracting important insights to help optimize the campaigns.

Skills: Proficient in Google Ads platform, specifically Google Hotel Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Campaign Manager.

Familiarity with hotel data feeds, troubleshooting, and optimizing hotel listing content to ensure accuracy and performance.

Strong understanding of smart bidding strategies, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization techniques.

Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other performance analytics tools to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.

Soft Skills: Attention to Detail : Ability to manage large datasets, hotel listings, and performance metrics with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly around feed issues, performance fluctuations, and bid optimization.

Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams, including product, creative, and sales teams.

Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to platform updates and evolving business priorities.
