Senior Project Manager - Technology What we are looking for: Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can drive successful delivery of projects and deliver IT value. As a Senior Project Manager, you will… Drive successful delivery of projects and identify and deliver project benefits. Manage all aspects of a given project, from requirements gathering to implementation. Plan and facilitate project work efforts to deliver on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with IT goals and business priorities. Create and execute project plans and identify & coordinate resource needs. Evaluate and manage trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value. Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork, driving escalation and resolution of issues. Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics, ensuring effective, high quality project outcomes that produce value. Track project status and manage project team complexities to mitigate issues & risks. Ensure projects adhere to IT project methodology compliance standards. Who you are: Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (for example, that of the PMI, PRINCE2 and agile approaches) and PLC stages. Basic knowledge of systems development life cycle concepts and methodologies. Deep knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project and Open Workbench). Basic knowledge of emerging tools and technologies in information technology and their applications to business processes. Deep knowledge of methods and practices for defining project strategy and plan, driving continuous improvement, and defining and operationalizing project roadmaps. Deep knowledge of contract types, contract procurement and administration processes, and building proposals. Basic knowledge of the principles and methods to identify, analyze, specify, design, and manage functional and infrastructure requirements. Leading skills in release and deployment management, risk management, resource management, and performance management. Expert skills in progress tracking and reporting. Expert ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions; perceives the impact and implications of decisions. Proven ability to train, coach and mentor the team. Proven ability to build team spirit to sustain cooperative working relationships. Proven ability to continuously improve by learning new tools and techniques and finding new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives. Proven ability to connect and influence others to achieve team goals. Proven ability to innovate by experimenting, accepting constructive feedback, adapting, and evolving. Proven ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences. Expert ability to resolve conflict by effectively dealing with disagreements and handling emotionally charged individuals.
