If you are a motivated and results-driven recruiter looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for our client’s Recruiter position in Mansfield, OH. The position will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions, including professional office roles, managerial positions, and production staff. This is a fast-paced role, and we are looking to move quickly for the right candidate! This position is expected to last roughly 3 months and will sit onsite in Mansfield.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of positions.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.

• Handle pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of levels of positions.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
