Ability to help homeowners achieve their goals through creative and personalized solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Tech-savvy skills with experience (or willingness to learn) using CRM software. Proven experience in an in-home services environment or similar role.
