Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, independent, and organized Recruiter to help strengthen our candidate network and team talent. He or she will also administer the companys agent referral program and implement new continuous improvement processes. The Recruiter will develop and execute active and passive candidate recruiting systems to attract and hire top talent for our team.

Responsibilities
- Attract and reach out to suitable candidates through multiple applicant tracking systems, online employment forums, cold calling, social media posts, etc.
- Sort through applicants, assess resumes and profiles and schedule and conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates
- Promote the companys reputation throughout the application process
- Execute the companys agent referral program
- Recommend recruiting, interviewing, training, and selection process and procedure changes to management
- Evaluate the prospective candidates qualifications while providing clear and concise information to help the prospective candidate make an informed decision to become an agent.
- Consistently achieve the expected goals and objectives of a suite of quantitative and qualitative metrics as defined for the Recruitment position and scorecard including, but not limited to Pending applications, Reserve appointment agreements, Conversion rate, Show rate, Schedule/Queue Adherence, Compliance, the Farmers Standards and Product/Program Knowledge
