Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and high-level executives. This role will assist senior leadership to create capacity to focus on the golas and long-term initiatives while ensuring critical support tasks are resolved with the approprate level of attention and care.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordiate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
- Plan and executive events, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly.
- Prepare invoices and expense reports for processing.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Manage office supplies.
- Schedule, plan and executive various employee events.
- Act as a liason between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confideitnal infomration with discretion and professionalism.
- Atnicipate the needs of the leaderships suppoted and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
- Provide support to Marketing as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the folloiwng experience, skills and attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong problem solving skills/solutions-oriented.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- High level of profesionalism and confidentiality.
- A positive attitude, a passion for serving others, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-through on tasks and projects.
Salary range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00.
