Metal Welder/Fabricator

Job Type: Full-time, with Overtime Availability Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Start Time: 7: 00 AM We are seeking a motivated Metal Welding/Fabricator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in welding, metalworking, or fabrication, or for someone who is mechanically inclined. Our ideal candidate is ready to contribute to high-quality fabrication projects, improve their skills, and grow within the metalworking industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding and fabrication tasks, including welding, fitting, and assembly of metal components. Assist in metal prep work, including using a drill press to drill holes, DA aluminum, and other basic tasks Perform general shop tasks and assist with metal fabrication processes Maintain a proactive attitude and seek out tasks to support shop productivity Work alongside the team and contribute to daily shop operations Work overtime as needed to meet production timelines Qualifications: Basic experience in welding, metalworking, or fabrication preferred; willingness to learn is a must.
