IT Senior Business Analyst - Automotive Components Manufacturer

An international manufacturer of automotive drivetrains, bearings and other components is searching for an IT Senior Business Analyst to join their team near Columbus, IN. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong collaborative skills and 10+ years of proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ERP systems. IT Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Act as the expert for all matters pertaining to JD Edwards systems, including configurations, integrations, upgrades, etc. Ensure optimal application of JD Edwards modules by providing technical and functional expertise Perform troubleshooting of any application issues with JD Edwards modules and communicate issues with internal teams and external vendors as necessary Analyze regular workflow and business functions to identify any opportunities for efficiency improvements that can be made through JD Edwards and/or relevant applications Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and adhere to any and all guidelines established by the Director of IT Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful completion, delivery, and adoption of any system improvements Advise business leaders by providing insight, analysis, etc. to assist with decision-making and planning Create and update reports, dashboards, etc. via reporting systems Other duties as needed
IT Senior Business Analyst Qualifications:
10 years’ experience minimum with JD Edwards—EnterpriseOne preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or another relevant field, or comparable combination of study and proven work experience with ERP systems JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Certification preferred Prior experience in automotive or other manufacturing industries preferred Business Intelligence tools experience Prior experience with CAM Modules, RF Smart system, Quality Management, or other relevant systems is a plus Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical executives and employees Strong analytical skills, and an ability to utilize business and technical information in decisionmaking processes
