Position Summary
Client Services is seeking applicants for a Full-time Technology Support Analyst (TSA) at the Sylvania Campus (shift M-F, 7am-4pm). This position provides strategic and operational support to both internal and external clients related to instructional and administrative computing technology. The TSA role acts as a consultant and a technical support analyst to various operational and strategic initiatives and to the computer support team. In addition, the role will be expected to partner with other TSAs, staff and management.
The person in this challenging and demanding role will have opportunities to lead and to participate in meetings, projects, committees, business analysis and administrative teams like our Device Management Administrative Teams.
The TSA role may provide work direction and coordination of work activities to other technical staff and / or student and casual employees.

Demonstrated experience in Project Management as a Project Coordinator or Project liaison as well as using Project Management tools, portfolio tools, and time management systems Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively understand diverse customer requirements by engaging in active listening Mid to advanced level of skill using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) Office applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides) to convey and summarize topics accurately for the appropriate or target audience Demonstrated experience providing work direction and coordination of work activities to other technical staff and/or students Experience writing technical documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences Experience using mass deployment system configuration tools for endpoint management Experience analyzing large amounts of data and providing reports for others to use Advanced technical troubleshooting skills, including issues related to operating systems, applications, computer hardware, and failed script executions Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in computer related discipline (Note: Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.) Starting Salary Expectations The first two steps of the range are: $72,003 and $74,163 per year. Higher salary placement may be available based on qualifications, experience and internal equity.

Project implementation responsibilities, daily tasks, and problem resolution activities must be prioritized and managed effectively and efficiently. Involves ongoing exposure to constantly changing physical and ergonomic environments. Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and special user requests in a dynamic, networked environment; and communicate effectively with distraught or reactive individuals. Ability to lift and work on equipment that may be located in tight or poorly lighted spaces. Lifting and moving of end-user computing devices weighing up to 40 lbs. is sometimes required.
