Description:
Provider will be expected to see 15-20 patients per day (non negotiable).
Be part of our growing employed multi-specialty group practice which includes 60+ employed Providers, 21 of which are Primary Care, is a 186-bed acute care community hospital.
Well-defined referral source from our Employed & Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
Reasonable office on call requirements
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines.
Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
To be discussed at interview.
Guaranteed Salary for Years One and Two plus Bonus; Year three Productivity Model (Salary based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits).
Sign on bonus (negotiable)
Relocation allowance, if applicable
Medical school loan repayment (negotiable)
Mal Practice and Tail Insurance
