One of our clients, a high-profile, prominent plaintiff firm, seeks a mid-level personal injury litigation associate. Candidates should have 5-8 years of litigation experience with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience working on catastrophic injury cases. - Develop case strategies and arguments and ensure our clients receive fair compensation for their injuries. - Attend depositions, mediations, and other court-related matters on behalf of our clients. - Ensure clients are routinely informed about the progress of their cases and provide diligent guidance throughout the legal process. - Ensure strict compliance with legal ethics and professional standards of conduct. - Please conduct weekly meetings with your designated support staff and make sure cases are being advanced properly and effectively. - Represent clients in court and during negotiations with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other third parties involved in the case. - Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement demands. - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management. Must be licensed in Texas with 5-8 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
