Our team provides a full range of event management services to a discerning clientele both domestically and internationally. Job Description & Essential Responsibilities  Maintain Database of External Contacts  Manage Calendars for Senior Event Producers  Responsible for administrative duties such as Office Management (filing, ordering inventory and supplies, expenses, etc.)  Provides support for Senior Event Producers in the areas of travel, scheduling, daily needs such as implementing phone calls, conference calls and engagements  Heavy emphasis on daily research in support of Senior Event Producers’ research projects for ongoing events  Supports the Senior Event Producers with planning and execution of events  Provide onsite support as directed by Senior Event Producers  This is a high-pressure job with long hours and must be someone who can roll up their sleeves and give 100% day in and day out – flexibility in personal schedule is a must (including Holidays and Weekends) Qualifications/Requirements:  College degree or equivalent experience required  Previous event production experience preferred  Two years office or reception experience preferred  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications required  Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus  Excellent ability to multitask while handling significant incoming calls and requests  Ability to cultivate relationships with key staff  Understanding of and interest in all relevant social media platforms  Excellent problem solving and organizational skills  Demonstrates initiative by confidently self-starting improvements to office procedures, reports and processes and requires minimal supervision  Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills  Pays attention to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors  Demonstrates ability to work on a team and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in all areas  Must be able to maintain utmost confidentiality  Demonstrates a positive attitude in a rapidly changing business environment  Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States  Experience in the travel industry or luxury travel would be an asset To Apply: Send your resume and cover letter as a Word or PDF attachments.
