Role: Web Traffic Analyst Location: Austin, TX (2-3 days in office) Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data. Developing web measurement strategies. Implement and manage tracking and tagging codes on the website, app, and other digital channels. Working with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions and resolve any related issues. Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations. Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and website performance reports. Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends. Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior managers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or other related fields. Experience with analytical and reporting tools, with an emphasis on Google Analytics Premium and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics a plus. Experience in implementing and managing tracking and tagging codes. Ability to create dimensions and metrics on Google Analytics Premium tool to support reporting requirements. Ability to identify data quality issues, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues. Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and creative fields. Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
