Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to support a high-volume insurance defense team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, including: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents (pleadings, briefs, discovery requests, etc.) Managing both physical and electronic records Coordinating and calendaring court dates, appearances, and meetings Conducting legal research Handling administrative duties such as word processing, attorney time entry, and expense reporting Qualifications: 4 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks Location: Jacksonville, FL Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k & more This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and can maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
