LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager in Roseville, CA This is a permanent opportunity. Responsibilities: Ensure that all contracts are reviewed, fully executed, and tracked to completion before any work begins on a project. Obtain job-specific insurance certificates from brokers and promptly distribute them to project owners before the start of work. Collaborate with our bonding broker to secure necessary bonds and maintain electronic copies in our job records. Work closely with subcontractors to establish and finalize subcontracts and work authorizations, ensuring fully executed agreements before the start of work. Keep a running master log to ensure that the Field Operations team is aware of all subcontractors' contractual status. Oversee the subcontractor kiosk and track all risk-related documents such as executed agreements, insurance certificates, and payroll, to ensure that all items are in compliance, prior to issuing any payments. Ensure that upon the receipt of a completed contract, all subcontracts are promptly entered into the system, allowing subcontractors to submit invoices. Compile and timely distribute preliminary notice information to vendors and subcontractors in collaboration with the procurement team, ensuring accuracy and avoiding premature delivery. Submit preliminary notices to relevant parties within 20 days of work commencement, promptly filing upon contract receipt. Maintain notice of completions to safeguard our right to file liens on projects. Annually audit the insurance certificate inventory and coordinate with brokers to renew insurance certificates before the current ones expire. Monitor and maintain all OCIP insurance certificates and documentation. Provide accurate OCIP information to support the finance team during the general liability insurance audits. Monitor and maintain all insurance certificates and associated documentation for Clients, Subcontractors, and selected Vendors. Assist the Operations team by collecting and supplying essential information for insurance claims involving all entities. Engage in job transition meetings alongside the Estimating, Operations, and Finance teams. Accurately initialize each job in the accounting system, including revenue, Schedule of Values (SOV), and job budget by phase code. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree, paralegal degree, or 4 years of proven work experience as a contracts manager, or relevant role. Understanding of legal requirements and experience in contract review as it relates to contracts. Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Possesses the ability to meticulously identify errors and discrepancies within contracts. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications Proficient in creating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present contract tracking, performance, analytics, and assess risk. Proven capability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities with precision and efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all types of individuals. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior. Ability to determine priorities and assign work to others to meet deadlines. Ability to motivate others. Highly organized. Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
